Psalm 23:4
We can provide support for any funeral in the United Kingdom. Many people now choose non-religious services and we are happy to help you provide a fitting celebration of the lives of your loved ones.
Not everybody will have a formalised funeral service. Some people opt to have a direct cremation with no send off. We can provide you with a more personalised service in the comfort of your own home or a favourite place you shared with your loved one. Please e-mail us on richard.smith@theonlinechaplain.co.uk to let us know how we can help.
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." ~ Matthew 5:4
The Bible tells us that God will comfort those who grieve, as "the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) It is natural to mourn the loss of a loved one with death being an unfortunate part of our fallen world. Let us remember it is Jesus Christ that gives us eternal life to those who believe in Him.
If you are dealing with the loss of a loved one or grief from something else, may these encouraging Bible verses bring you peace.
'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
The Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
