My mind feels busy, and my heart feels heavy.
There are things I cannot control and questions I cannot yet answer.
Please calm the thoughts that overwhelm me and replace my anxiety with Your peace.
Help me to remember that I do not walk through today alone. You are with me, even when I cannot feel Your presence.
Give me wisdom for the decisions ahead, strength for the challenges I face, and the courage to trust You one step at a time.
May Your peace guard my heart and mind, and may I rest in the knowledge that I am deeply loved.

Loving Father,
Today my heart aches.
Words seem too small for the sadness I carry.
Thank You that You understand every tear, every memory and every moment of sorrow.
Please surround me with Your loving presence.
Bring comfort where there is pain, hope where there is despair, and strength for each new day.
Help me to treasure the love that remains while finding the courage to keep moving forward.
When I feel alone, remind me that You are close to the broken-hearted and that nothing can separate me from Your love.
Hold me gently in Your care today.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new day.
As I begin today, I place my plans, my work, my family and my concerns into Your hands.
Guide my thoughts, my words and my actions.
Help me to be kind, patient and generous with those I meet.
When challenges arise, give me wisdom.
When opportunities appear, give me courage.
When I feel weary, renew my strength.
May I notice the small blessings that often pass unseen and remember that You are with me in every ordinary moment.
Walk beside me today and help me become a source of hope and encouragement to others.

Gracious Father,
As this day comes to an end, I pause to rest in Your presence.
Thank You for every blessing, every kindness and every moment of grace, whether I noticed it or not.
Forgive me where I have fallen short today.
Heal what has been hurt.
Calm the worries that I carry into this evening.
I place into Your hands the people I love, the situations I cannot change, and the concerns that weigh upon my heart.
Grant me peaceful rest tonight.
Renew my body, refresh my mind and strengthen my spirit for tomorrow.
May I sleep knowing that I am safe in Your love and held in Your care.
